Press [Pause] to enter “-” in [FAX NO.]. You can also use the digital keys on the control panel to enter fax numbers.

Contacts that contain the search string for the specified items will be found.

4 Specify the search string in the items that you require and press [SEARCH].

The touch panel displays the found contacts.

Press [CLEAR] to clear the search strings you entered.
