Automatic Callback (ACB)

After reaching a busy/DND station, you can set ACB to have the system call you back when the called station becomes available. You can also set ACB to place you in a queue for an available CO line, if you reach a line group in which all lines are busy.

➤To set ACB

1.	After reaching either	You hear busy tone, followed by dial
			NO. 204
	a busy/DND station	tone (two secs.), then busy tone.
			INT 210 ACB SET
	or CO line, press	When you set ACB at a busy station,
	$XWR￿&DOOEDFN
		its number (210) displays.
	...or ￿.
		When you set ACB at a busy line
		group, its access code number (801) is	NO. 204
		displayed.	INT 801 ACB SET
2.	Hang up	You can make other calls while waiting for the called station/
	...or press 6SNU.	line to become available.
3.	Your telephone rings	For busy/DND station: the [DN] LED
			NO. 204
	at a fast rate when the	flashes green (incoming call). The
			210 ACB
	called station or CO	station number you called (210)
	line becomes idle.	displays.
		For busy CO line: the [DN] LED from
			NO. 204
		which you attempted to first access
			LINE 3 ACB
		the line flashes red (incoming call
		rate). The seized line’s number (3)
		displays.
