Reach Destination
After listening to your companys instructional greeting and saying the users name,
StratagyES follows this procedure:
Stratagy ES identifies the name and transfers your ca ll to the users mailbox.
If StratagyES is not sure about the spoken name, it prompts you with the name
match it has made and requests that you confirm the choice by saying yes or
no. If you say yes, StratagyE S transfers your call to the users mailbox.
...or if StratagyES cannot make a match for the spoken name (first or last name) or
you say no when prompted to confirm the spoken name, it prompts you to repeat
the name. If StratagyES recognizes the name when you repeat it, it transfers your
call to the users mailbox.
If StratagyES still cannot identify the spoken name, it prompts you to spell the
first and last name. If StratagyES recognizes the name, it transfers your call to the
users mailbox.
...or if StratagyES cannot make a match, it transfers your call to the company
operator.
Note At any time during these steps, you can say operator help and reach the
company operator.
Access Your Mailbox
After listening to your companys instructional gree ti ng a nd speaking one of the login
commands (i.e., mailbox login, mailbox logon, user login, user logon, access mailbox,
log me in), StratagyES follows this procedure:
StratagyES prompts you for your name. If Stratagy ES recognizes the name, it
then prompts you for your password.
...or if StratagyES does not recognize the name, it follows the same steps as in
Reach Destination procedure except it does not transfer you to an operator as a
final solution. Instead, StratagyES requests that you hang up and try again.
You enter your password using the telephone dial pad. StratagyES gives you
access to your mailbox.
