Enter the mailbox
number or press  for
StratagyES directory
assistance. Press when
done.
The name (and extension) plays. You can add
additional mailbox numbers as needed.
Delete a Mailbox from
the list StratagyES prompts you to enter the mailbox
number.
Enter the mailbox
number or press  for
StratagyES directory
assistance. Press when
done.
The name (and extension) plays. The system
prompts “Deleted.”
Record a list Comment
Record your comment.
Press when done.
(Optional) After
recording, you can press
to review recording,
to rerecord, to append
the recording, to
cancel the recording or
to save the recording
and return to the
previous menu.
When sending a message, the comment plays
each time the destination list is selected.
StratagyES prompts you to record the
comment.
4. Press to return to the
previous menu StratagyES returns to the previous menu.

Main Menu. You can select another Main Menu option.
