Turning the Power On
1.Connect the power cord.
Insert the plugs at the ends of the cord, one into the AC INLET on the Clavinova, and the other into a standard AC outlet.
In some areas, a plug adaptor may be provided to match the pin configuration of the AC wall outlets in your area.

2.Turn the power on.
Press the [POWER] button.
•The display located in the center of the front panel and the power indicator located below the left end of the key- board lights up.

Display
Normally indicates tempo.
When you’re ready to turn off the power, press the [POWER] button again.
• The display and the power indicator turn off.
TIP | Power indicator |
| If you close the key cover without turning the power off, the power indicator remains lit, indicating that the |
