To connect a call using the SIP server, the SIP address
of this unit should be registered in the SIP server.
It is not possible to establish a connection between a
PJP unit that uses the SIP address and a PJP unit that
uses the IP address.
If the SIP server is installed outside the LAN, it is
required to use the NAT transversal function (page27)
of this unit.
In this case, the following conditions are required.
The router to which the PJP is connected supports the
UPnP function.
A global IP address is assigned to the WAN on the
router side.
When a SIP call is connected using the NAT transversal function,
it is not possible to install multiple PJP units in a single segment
and connect a call between them.
