The following table describes the fields in this screen.

Mode | Select Routing (default) if your ISP allows multiple computers to share an Internet |
| account. Otherwise, select Bridge. |
Encapsulation | Select the encapsulation type your ISP uses from the Encapsulation |
| box. Choices vary depending on what you select in the Mode field. |
| If you select Bridge in the Mode field, select either PPPoA or RFC 1483. |
| If you select Routing in the Mode field, select PPPoA, RFC 1483, ENET ENCAP or |
| PPPoE. |
Multiplexing | Select the multiplexing method used by your ISP from the Multiplex |
| box either |
Virtual Circuit | VPI (Virtual Path Identifier) and VCI (Virtual Channel Identifier) define a virtual circuit. |
ID | Refer to the appendix for more information. |
VPI | Enter the VPI assigned to you. This field may already be configured. |

VCI | Enter the VCI assigned to you. This field may already be configured. |

Back | Click Back to go back to the previous screen. |

Next | Click Next to continue to the next wizard screen. The next wizard screen you see |
| depends on what mode and encapsulation you selected above. |
Exit | Click Exit to close the wizard screen without saving your changes. |

These screens let you enter the rest of the Internet settings, which depend on the encapsulation your Internet connection uses (and the mode you selected, for RFC1483).
This screen appears if your Internet connection uses Ethernet encapsulation.
