14.6 The Policer Setup Screen
A policer is a QoS policy.
Click QoS > Policer Setup to open the following screen. The

The following table describes the labels in this screen.

Add | Click this button to create a new policy. |

No | This field displays the index number of the policy. |

Active | Select the check box to enable the policy. |

Name | This is the name of the policy. |

Regulated | This shows to which classes the policy applies. |

Meter Type | This shows the method that the |
| which packets to pass, drop or mark (DSCP), whether it’s Simple |
| Token Bucket, Single Rate Three Color Meter or Two Rate Three |

Parameter | Committed Rate - This shows the maximum committed rate for the |
| specified class/es. |
| Committed Burst Size - This shows the maximum committed burst |
| size for the specified class/es. |
