Chapter 24 Troubleshooting

3Make sure the wireless adapter installed on your computer is IEEE 802.11 compatible and supports the same wireless standard as the P-870HN-51D.

4Make sure your computer (with a wireless adapter installed) is within the transmission range of the P-870HN-51D.

5Check that both the P-870HN-51D and your wireless station are using the same wireless and wireless security settings.

6Check if MAC Filter is configured to deny wireless access to certain MAC addresses to the P-870HN-51D. See Chapter 7 Wireless LAN in the User’s Guide for more information.
