• At the time of delivery from the plant, this is greased, so

evenly grease all the surface of the power transmission

 

shaft (R) approximately 10 mL in every 18 hours.

Sder flexiblen Antriebswelle (R) gut eingefettet sein muß.

• Bei einem Neugerät wurde die Welle bereits im

HHerstellerwerk gut gefettet. Nach jeweils ca. 18 Betriebsstunden sollten sie die Welle nachfetten, dazu ca. 10 mL Mehrzweckfett verwenden.

•The major points necessary for disassembling and reassembling are as follows:

-As pushing in the lock pin of the engine fully, draw out the flexible shaft assembly from the engine.

-Unfasten the coupling of the flexible shaft assembly at the grip end, draw out the flexible shaft assembly from the rear handle assembly.

-Then the power transmission shaft (R) with the spacer can easily draw out from the flexible shaft assembly.

-Use the same grease as the angle transmission’s.

-When reassemble, it is preferable to fit the power transmission shaft (R) reversely, but the spacer is fited on the rear handle assembly side of the power transmission shaft (R) at all times.

•Der Aus- bzw. Einbau der Welle geschieht wie folgt:

-Blockierstift am Motorblock ganz eindrücken und Welle aus der Motoreinheit herausziehen.

-Verbindung am Griffende des Antriebsgestänges lösen und Antriebswelle ebenfalls herausziehen.

-Jetzt die bewegliche Antriebswelle (R) aus der Antriebswellenhülle herausziehen.

-bewegliche Antriebswelle komplett einfetten.

-Für den Wiedereinbau empfehien wir die Welle lmmer wieder umgekehrt zu montieren. Achten Sie darauf, daß die Distanzhülse jeweils auf der Seite zum Antriebsgetänge hin und nicht zur Motoreinheit hin sein muß.

essere sempre adeguatamente ingrassata.

• L’albero viene giá ingrassato in fabbrica, quindi basta

ingrassarlo uniformemente di 10 mL ogni 18 ore.

•I punti essenziali per io smontaggio e il riassemblaggio sono i segueriti:

-Facendo pressione nel perno di blocco del motore fino in fondo, estrarre il flessibile dal motore.

-Svitare l’accoppiamento del flessibile dall’estremitá della presa, ed estrarre il flesibile dall’impugnatura posteriore.

-Quindi l’albero di trasmissione (R) con il distanziale possono essere facilmente estratti dal flessibile completo.

-Usare la stessa quantità di grasso presente nell’angolo tra l’accessorio di taglio e l’albero del decespugliatore.

-In fase di rimontaggio è preferibile montare l’albero di trasmissione (R) rovescio ma il distanziale si adatta

sempre dalla parte dell’impugnatura posteriore sull’labero di trasmissione (R) .
