Phone Book function allows users to define their own numbers, which mapping to real IP address. It is effective only in
usr/config$ pbook
Phonebook information and configuration Usage:

Display phonebook data. | |
Add an record to phonebook. | |
Search an record in phonebook. | |
Delete an record from phonebook. | |
Insert an record to phonebook in specified position. | |
Modify an exist record. | |

If parameter 'end_record' is omitted, only record 'start_record' will be display.
If both parameters 'end_record' and 'start_record' are omitted, all records
will be display.
Range of ip address setting (0.0.0.0 ~ 255.255.255.255). Range of index setting value (1~100),

Parameter Usages:
print out current contents of Phone Book. Users can also add | |
| index number, from 1 to 100, to the parameter to show specific |
| phone number. |
| Note: <index number> means the sequence number in phone |
