Logging into the System

Call PARTNER Voice Messaging.
■If calling internally, press [ Intercom ] [ 7 ] [ 7 ] [ 7 ] or the programmed VMMsgs button.
■If calling from outside the system, press [ * ] [ R ] ([ 8 ] [ 7 ]) during the general mailbox greeting.
The system plays a greeting followed by:
Enter mailbox number followed by a password.
Enter your mailbox number.
Enter your password.
✏NOTE:
Until you change it, the default password is 1234. The system announces the number of new and old messages in your mailbox.
4.Select an option from the Voice Mail Menu:
■Press [ 2 ] to get messages.
■Press [ 3 ] to change your personal greeting.
■Press [ 5 ] to change your password.

Log into PARTNER Voice Messaging.
The Voice Mail Menu plays.
Press [ 2 ] to get messages.
The following message plays:
To listen press [ 0 ], to skip press [ # ], to delete press [ * ] [ 3 ], to replay header press [ 2 ] [ 3 ].
Press [ 0 ] to play the message. The message plays.
✏NOTE:
New messages are played before old/saved messages. All new messages are played in the order in which they were received.
