IMPORTANT! For best results, make sure that your material (envelopes, postcards) conforms fully to these specifi cations. We do not recommend textured or rough-surfaced papers because they may cause poor print quality. Mail that presents an uneven surface to the print mechanism may also cause poor print qual- ity. (Tapping mail contents to the top right envelope corner may help.) Use tape sheets to apply postage to rough surfaced or oversize mailpieces.
