TROUBLESHOOTING

Check the following before requesting repair.

If a trouble cannot be corrected even after checking and trying remedy, contact your dealer.

Power is not turned on.

OPERATE indicator is blink- ing.

Cannot control a system con- troller.

Cannot control a monitor.

•Check if the power plug is properly connected to the AC out- let.

•Check if the power cord is properly inserted into the AC inlet socket of this unit.

•The cooling fan has a trouble or is deteriorating. That may cause troubles of the unit. Consult the dealer for replace- ment.

•Check the connections between the system controller and the unit.

•Check the specifications of modular cable. When using a modular cable not supplied to the system controller, apply the 6-conductor type.

•Check if the operation mode and controller numbers are properly set.

•Check the DATA port settings (TMNL or PSD).

•Check the connection between the monitor and the unit.

•Check the level settings or monitor access setting.

•Check the LCD (or LED) display or indicators of system con- troller. When "Busy (or BUSY)" is blinking (or lighting), moni- tor control is not available.
