5.5.10.Description of reply code

When executing the frequency setting (RYnD) or instruction code execution (RYnF), check the reply code (RWr (n+2), (n+10), (n+14), (n+16), (n+18)) in the remote register after execution.

Reply code

	0000H	Normal (No error)	Normal completion of instruction code
			execution.

	0001H	Write mode error	Parameter write was attempted during operation
			other than a stop.

	0002H	Parameter selection	Unregistered code number was set.

	0003H	Setting range error	Set data is outside the setting data range.
