12.4.2When the recording paper was not fed into the unit properly

The base unit display will show the following.

CHECK PAPER

1Remove the recording paper and straighten.

2Pull the tension plate forward (1) and insert the paper.

3Push the tension plate back (1), then press {START} to clear the message.

12.5Document jams – sending

1Open the front cover by pulling up the centre part. Remove the jammed document carefully (1).

2Close the front cover securely.

Note:

LDo not pull out the jammed paper forcibly before opening the front cover.
