1Hook

Lets you dial telephone and fax numbers without lifting the handset.

2Hold

Lets you put calls on hold.

3Redial / Pause

Re-dials the last number called. Also inserts a pause in autodial numbers.

4Speed Dial

Lets you dial stored phone numbers by pressing a two- digit number.

5Dial Pad

Dials phone and fax numbers, and can be used as a keyboard for entering information into the fax machine.

6Sort

Use this key when you want multiple copies of a multiple page original copied in order.

7Enlarge/Reduce

Use this key to enlarge or reduce copies depending on the ratio you select: 150%, 125%, 120%, 100%, 93%, 87%, 75% or 50%. To reduce the image size automatically, select AUTO.

8Copy

Makes a copy.

9Stop

Stops a fax, cancels an operation or exits from function mode.

Starts an operation, such as sending a fax.

These eight keys give you instant access to previously stored phone numbers.

Prints a quick reference Help List. Also, lets you take advantage of memory transmission.

Lets you look up numbers stored in the dialing memory.

Lets you access the function and programming mode.

Sets the resolution when you send a fax or make a copy.

16Mode

Use to select how fax machine will handle incoming calls.

17Set

Stores a function setting into the fax machine.

18(Left Arrow)

(Right Arrow) Volume

Moves the LCD cursor to the left or right. Adjusts speaker, ring and handset volume.

19Liquid Crystal Display

Displays messages to help you set up and operate your fax machine.
