Printing Reports

 

Fax Machine Settings and Activity

You can print the following lists and reports:

1.XMIT REPORT

2.ACT.REPORT

3.ALL DIAL

4.TEL.INDEX

5.USER SETTINGS

6.MEMORY STATUS

Choose to print a Transmission Verification Report after all faxes you send.

Activity Report lists information about the last 30 incoming and outgoing faxes. TX means Transmit; RX means Receive.

Lists names and numbers stored in One Touch and Speed Dial memory, in numerical order.

ALL DIAL list (above), alphabetically.

Lists settings for INITIAL SETUP, SETUP RECEIVE, SETUP SEND, PRINT REPORTS, REMOTE FAX OPT (for FAX 770 only) and TEL SERVICE.

Lists summary information and amount of occupied memory.

To Print a Report

1Press Function , 7 .

2Enter the number of the report you want to print. For example, press 4 to print the TEL-INDEX.

3Press Start .

4Press Stop to exit.
