Network addresses and mailboxes
In addition to fax numbers and names, you can also store a network address number and a mailbox number.
A network address lets you send a document direct to a specific user on a PC network via their receiving fax machine or modem. Not all fax machines or modems you send to have this facility.
A mailbox number lets you send a fax into a specific mailbox at the receiving machine and faxes sent to this mailbox can normally only be accessed by someone who knows the
Net address and mailboxes can only be used with machines which comply with the international fax standards.

To store a Speed Dial number
You can store up to 100 fax numbers which can be dialled by pressing just 3 buttons.

#001=PRESS ENTER.
•Use the keypad to enter the fax number you want for the Speed Dial location shown. Display shows #001=XXXX.
•Press the ENTER button. Display shows DATA ENTRY OK followed by NAME 0=(NO) 1=(YES).
If you do not want to enter any more information, press the STOP button to return to standby. The new number will be saved.
•If you press 0 the display shows SPEED DIAL. You can now enter another number or press STOP to return to standby.
