Using the Function menu, you can print out the following:

Activity Report	A list of the last 40
	documents to be sent and
	received.
One Touch List	Shows all the information
	held under each
	One-Touch button,
	including: Telephone
	number, Name, Batch
	time, Relay Initiate List
	Number and Relay Report
	Number.
Group Dial List	Lists the numbers and
	names stored under each
	Group Dial button.
Speed Dial List	Lists number and name
	stored under each Speed
	Dial code.
User Data List	Lists the current settings
	for your BF900
File List	Lists documents stored
	in the memory.

To print a report or list

START

•Press the FUNCTION button. Display shows

FUNCTION MODE 0~9,#,*,<,>.

• Press 6 (or the buttons) to display

PRINT REPORT 0~9,#,*,>, ENTER.

•Press the ENTER button.

•Use the keypad to the select the type of report you want.

1 = Activity Report.

2 = One Touch List.

3 = Speed Dial List.

4 = Group Dial List.

5 = User Data List.

6 = List File.

•Press the START button to print out the report.
