Set the time

Setting time means your BF900 will poll at a set time each day.

ENTER

•Enter the time you want your machine to begin polling

•Press the ENTER button. Display shows

REPEAT POLLING 0=NO 1=YES.

If you choose NO:

Your BF900 will poll once at the set time.

If you choose YES:

Your BF900 will start polling at the same time each day and continue to dial the number for as many times as you have set the BF900 to re-dial.

Your BF900 will begin polling as soon as you have finished these steps.

ENTER

•Press the ENTER button. Display shows

REPEAT POLLING 0=NO 1=YES.

If you choose NO:

Your BF900 will dial the number(s) immediately. If the number is engaged it will automatically redial, but if there is no document waiting to be retrieved, the machine will not dial again.

If you choose YES:

Display shows CONTINUOUS=ON PRESS ENTER. Press the ENTER button. The number(s) will be dialled continuously until a document has been retrieved from each destination.
