•Press the FUNCTION button. Display shows

• Press 8 (or the buttons) to display

•Press the ENTER button. Display shows

You can now select the setting you want to change

•Press 1 to display ACTIVITY REPORT. Or

Press 2 for ERROR REPORT.

Press 3 for TX CONFIRMATION REPORT. Press 4 for RX CONFIRMATION REPORT. Press 5 for LINE MONITOR.

Press 6 for MEMORY ENTRY REPORT. Press 7 for BROADCAST REPORT. Press 8 for RX TIME/DATE.

Press 9 for REMOTE ID TYPE. Press 0 for TONER LOW REPORT. Press ✱ for REDUCTION TYPE. Press # for PRINT 2 PAGES.

•Press the ENTER button.

•Press the > button to display the setting you want.

•Press the ENTER button to confirm the setting.

•Press the ENTER button. Display shows

FONT NUMBER=1 1-6, ENTER.

•Enter the number (1-6) of the font you want to set.

•Press ENTER. The display returns to standby.
