Installing other fonts

You can download fonts that are compatible with the Hewlett Packard PCL4.

To set automatic paper cassette selection

If you have the additional paper cassette attached, you can set your BF900 to switch automatically between the two cassettes to suit different paper sizes loaded in each cassette. You can load A4, Letter and Legal Size.

FUNCTIONENTER

•Press the FUNCTION button. Display shows

FUNCTION MODE 0~9,#,*,<,>.

• Press 0 (or the buttons) to display

SET PRINTER 0~9,#,*,<,> ENTER.

•Press the ENTER button. Display shows

SET PRINTER 1-6 <,>.

• Press 1 (or the

arrows) to display

AUTO CASSETTE SELECT ON 1-6, >, ENTER.

•Press the ENTER button and then the > button to display ON or OFF.

If you select ON

ENTER

• Press ENTER. The display returns to standby.

If you choose OFF

ENTER JOURNAL

•Press the ENTER button and select OPTION TRAY. Display shows OPTION TRAY. FAX: >,

ENTER.

•Press the ENTER button to select the paper size for the cassette. Display shows PAPER SIZE A4: >, ENTER.

•Press the > button to select the paper size you want.

•Press the ENTER button to confirm.

Please note

If the additional paper cassette is not attached, the display will read NOT AVAILABLE when you follow the steps shown above.
