Printing SMS messages

You can print sent and received messages .

1Press Menu repeatedly until SHORT MESSAGE appears, and press OK.

2Select Print by pressing Scroll buttons and press OK.

3Press Scroll buttons until the menu item you want appears, and press OK.

• You can choose Print Sent SMS, Print RCV. SMS.

4The selected menu item prints out.

Deleting stored SMS messages

You can delete sent and received messages.

1Press Menu repeatedly until SHORT MESSAGE appears, and press OK.

2Select Delete by pressing Scroll buttons and press OK.

3Press Scroll buttons until the menu item you want appears, and press OK.

You can choose Delete All, Delete Sent SMS or Delete RCV. SMS.

If you select Delete All, then all messages stored in the machine will be deleted.

4Press Scroll buttons until the menu item you want appears, and press OK.

You can choose Delete All or Delete One in Delete Sent SMS or Delete RCV. SMS menu.

If you select Delete All, then all sent or received messages stored in the machine will be deleted.

5The list of messages appears. Select one by pressing Scroll buttons and press OK. The selected message is deleted.

Setup SMS messages

The Message Transmitting and Receiving Center number is preset when you buy your machine. When you need to change SMS settings including the message transmitting center, receiving center number and a subaddress number, you can change settings.

To change the SMS center number:

1Press Menu repeatedly until SHORT MESSAGE appears, and press OK.

2Select Set SMS by pressing Scroll buttons and press OK.

3Using Scroll buttons keys, scroll to SMS Center No.1, and press OK.

4Enter the SMS Center number.

5Press OK when the center number appears correctly in the display. To change the subaddress number:

1Press Menu repeatedly until SHORT MESSAGE appears, and press OK.

2Select SET SMS by pressing Scroll buttons and press OK.

3Using Scroll buttons keys, scroll to SMS Center No.1 or SMS Center No.2, and press OK.
