Cigarette lighter plug

Plug end

If this unit is not working properly, check to see if the fuse has blown out.

If the fuse has blown out, replace it in the following way.

1Pull the cigarette lighter plug out of the cigarette lighter socket.

2Detach the end of the plug by turning it counter- clockwise.

3 Replace the fuse with a new one.

4Reattach the end of the plug by turning it clock- wise firmly.

NOTES

To replace the fuse on the car battery cord Be sure to use a fuse with the correct amperage (5A, 250V, length 31mm).

When replacing the fuse, do not substitute any- thing for the specified fuse.

If the fuse blows again soon after replacement, consult your nearest Sony dealer.

Please contact your car dealer about the polarity that your car is grounded or the voltage of your car battery, etc.
