Step 4—Insert Film

Insert ﬁlm as shown.

SA-21 strip ﬁlm adapter

Hold the ﬁlm lightly between thumb and foreﬁnger with the reﬂective base up and the matte emulsion surface down. The ﬁlm will be fed into the adapter automatically when inserted a short distance.

MA-21 slide mount adapter

The MA-21 can hold only one slide at a time. Insert the slide short side ﬁrst, with the reﬂec- tive base up and the matte emulsion surface down. Stop when the mount contacts the back of the ﬁlm slot.
