MAYTAG® LAUNDRY LIMITED WARRANTY

This Maytag Limited Warranty supersedes and replaces the limited warranty printed in the Use and Care Guide for products sold

within the United States of America and Canada.

FIRST YEAR

For one year from the date of purchase, when this major appliance is operated and maintained according to instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Maytag brand of Whirlpool Corporation or Whirlpool Canada LP (hereafter “Maytag”) will pay for factory specified parts and repair labor to correct defects in materials or workmanship that existed when this major appliance was purchased.

SECOND THROUGH FIFTH YEAR (MOTOR, WASH BASKET, AND DVT FAN)

In the second through fifth years from the date of original purchase, when this major appliance is operated and maintained according to instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Maytag will pay for the replacement of the wash basket drive motor, stainless steel wash basket (side walls only), and DVT (Dynamic Venting Technology) Fan to correct non-cosmetic defects in materials or workmanship in these parts that prevent function of the washer and that existed when this major appliance was purchased. This limited warranty during the second through fifth year does not include labor.
