This Procedure Includes the Following:
Folding/Unfolding the Back
Removing/Installing the Back Cushion/Upholstery
Adjusting the Back Recline
Adjusting the Headrest
WARNING
After ANY adjustments, repair or service and BEFORE use, make sure that all attaching hardware is tightened securely - otherwise injury or damage may result.

1.To fold, push back down towards seat.
2.To unfold, pull back up into the upright

REMOVING/INSTALLING
THE BACK
BACK CUSHION/UPHOLSTERY (FIGURE 2)
1.Unbutton the snap buttons on the back upholstery.
2.Remove and replace foam insert and/or upholstery.
3.Secure back upholstery to back with snap buttons.
NOTE: Clean upholstery with warm DAMP cloth and mild detergent to remove superficial soil.
WARNING
Laundering or moisture will reduce flame retardation of the upholstery.
