Deleting a Stored Number
The unit must be in standby mode.
1.Press MEM once.The display reads “ENTER MEMO NUMBER.”
2.Enter location number (0 through 9) or press UP (s) or DOWN (t) to review the last or first location.The display shows location number in the top right corner plus the name and telephone number.
3.Press DELETE to erase memory.The display indicates this action.
4.Press INTERCOM to confirm.The display reads “MEMO X” and “ERASED” together with a success key tone. Use any other key to return to memory review menu.
Transferring Calls from the Handset to the Base
While talking on the handset with either the TALK or the SPEAKER button engaged,
1.Press INTERCOM on the handset to place the call on Hold and connect with the intercom on the base.
2.Press SPEAKER on the base for the base to pick up the call.
Note:You can retrieve the call again by pressing TALK or SPEAKER.
Transferring Calls from the Base to the Handset
The base must be in SPEAKERPHONE mode (SPEAKER button must be On.).

Three-Way Conference Calls
JOINING A CALL IN PROGRESS ON THE HANDSET:
1.Press SPEAKER on the base unit.The handset display changes from “TALK” to “CONF.”
2.To disconnect the base from the confer- ence call, press the SPEAKER button on the base. Handset again reads “TALK.”
