Getting to Know the Cisco SPA 303 |

Button | Function |
|
|
Login/ | Log in and out of the call system to use the Extension Mobility feature. |
Logout | Extension mobility allows you to log in to any physical phone and |
| retrieve your personal settings and directory number to that phone. |
|
|
PickUp | Allows you to answer a call ringing on another extension by entering the |
| extension number. |
|
|
Redial | Displays a list of recently dialed numbers. |
|
|
Resume | Resumes a call that is on hold. |
|
|
OK | Saves your changes or confirms an action in response to a prompt on |
| the screen. |
|
|
Select | Selects the highlighted item on the LCD screen. |
|
|
Trnsfer | Performs a call transfer. |
|
|
Y/N | Enters a submenu and when pressed, toggles between Yes or No to |
| enable or disable an option. |

Using Keypad Shortcuts
When using the phone menus, you can use the keypad to enter the number shown next to the menu or
For example, to change your ring settings, press the Setup button, then press 3 for Settings and 2 for Ring Type.
