Procedimiento de instalación

CONECTAR LOS TUBOS

1. Procesamiento de abocardado

(1)Corte el tubo de conexión con cortatubos de forma que no se deforme dicho tubo.

(2)Sujete el tubo hacia abajo de forma que los residuos del corte no entren en el mismo y quite las rebabas.

(3)Quite la tuerca abocardada del tubo de la unidad interior y de la unidad exterior y realice el ensamblaje tal y como se muestra en la tabla. Inserte la tuerca abocardada en el tubo y abocarde con el abocardador.

(4)Compruebe si la pieza abocardada "L" (Figura 1) se ha ensanchado uniformemente y que no hay grietas.

2.Doblar tubos

Se puede dar forma a los tubos con las manos. Tenga cuidado para no ahorcarlos.

CABLEADO ELÉCTRICO

Conectar los cables a los bloques de terminales

A. Para realizar una conexión con cable macizo (o cable F) (Figura A)

Extienda el tubo desenrollándolo

(1)Corte el cable y con un cortacables o unos alicates cortacables, quite el aislamiento de forma que el cable macizo quede expuesto unos 25 mm.

(2)Mediante un destornillador, extraiga los tornillos del terminal de la placa de terminales.

(3)Utilizando los alicates, doble el cable macizo para formar un bucle que se ajuste al tornillo del terminal.

(4)Forme un anillo con el cable, colóquelo en la placa de terminales y apriételo de forma segura con el tornillo del terminal mediante un destornillador.

B. Para cableado trenzado (Figura B)

(1)Corte el cable y con un cortacables o unos alicates cortacables, quite el aislamiento de forma que el cable trenzado quede expuesto unos 10 mm.

(2)Mediante un destornillador, extraiga los tornillos del terminal de la placa de terminales.

(3)Mediante un fijador de terminales redondeado o unos alicates, sujete de forma segura el terminal redondeado a cada extremo del cable trenzado.

(4)Coloque el cable del terminal redondeado y sustituya y apriete el tornillo del terminal mediante un destornillador.

Fijar el cable de conexión y el cable de alimentación con la abrazadera para cables

Tras pasar el cable de conexión y el cable de alimentación a través del tubo de aislamiento y fíjelo con la pinza del cable, tal y como se muestra a la derecha.

Utilice un tubo de PVC VW-1, de 0,5 a 1,0 de grosor como tubo aislante.
