4.2 Connecting External Batteries

The procedure for using a battery cable to connect an external battery to the OfficeServ

7100 system is as follows:

1)Prepare the battery cable that was provided with the OfficeServ 7100 system. An end of this battery cable consists of a white line and a black line.

2)Connect the white line of the battery cable to the (+) terminal, and the black line to the (-) terminal of the battery. Then, connect the other end of the battery cable to the external battery socket on the rear panel of the OfficeServ 7100 cabinet. When using two or more OfficeServ cabinets, prepare as much external batteries as the number of cabinets and connect the batteries to each cabinet.
