Power On Self Test Message / IQC Messages
Message
No Available Ports. IQC Failed To Start.
Cause
Ports are disabled.
Action
All ports are disabled. Switch the CM off and switch back on. If problem persists contact Technical Support to report the problem.
Test Run Messages
To display the error message, before removing the cartridge, touch the red port icon for detailed information about the failure. Once the cartridge is removed, this information is sent to the appropriate Log files. Refer to Viewing Saved Logs for additional information.
