Printer Errors

Printer light does not turn on
Printer is not receiving power.
Refer to Printer Manual. Check system power; ensure power supply is connected. Ensure that switch on bottom right side of the printer is turned to the ON position. If problem persists contact Technical Support to report the problem.
Communications Errors

Action
Check all connections and try again.
