Cause
The Test Cartridge was not inserted properly into the 3M Rapid Detection Reader or the operator did not wait until prompted.
User has not performed the action required within time period allowed.
Action
Cancel the assay or reinsert the Test Cartridge. Fully insert Test Cartridge until firm resistance is felt. Do not use excessive force. The TM will guide the Test Cartridge into the port.
NOTE: The Test Cartridge must be reinserted into the TM port within approximately 30 seconds or an error message will be displayed and the assay will be aborted.
Repeat assay using a fresh set of components.
