-Loosen the retaining nuts (D/1) and screw (D/7) somewhat.

-Loosen the tightening screw byturning it 2-3 turns to the left (counter-clockwise) using the Allen key (D/5) supplied with the Power Cut. This reduces the V-belt tension.

Cleaningthe protection hood

Over time, the inside of the protective hood can become caked with material residue (especially from wet cutting), which if allowed to accumulate can hinder the free rotation of the cutting disc. For this reason the hood must be cleaned out from time to time.

- Removethecutting discandthesecond pressuredisc (G/14) (on Model 9500,9501 there is an adapter ring (G/15) before the pressure disc).

- Clean out residue from the interior of the hood (G/16) using a strip of wood or similar object

- Clean the shaft (G/17) and all disassembled parts with a cloth.
