Raised Fireplaces

The fireplace (and hearth, if desired) may be placed on a platform designed to support the fireplace (approximately 300 Lbs.) and vent.

The fireplace may not be raised so as to place the ceiling within 75" of the base of the fireplace.

The fireplace may not be raised so as to reduce the fireplace enclosure to less than 75”.
