?If converting this unit to propane, do so now (see the instructions on page 47).

2Install the rock wool, log set, kibbles, and embers (if using the decorative fireback, install it prior to the log set).

Warning: Failure to position the parts in accordance with these diagrams or failure to use only parts specifically approved with this appliance may result in property damage or personal injury.

N o t e : If you have converted this appliance to propane (LP), the front burner air shutter may require adjustment. The front air shutter is adjusted with the logs removed.

(a) Place the Rear Log

Place the rear log on these metal plates. Line up the holes in the log with these pins.

Push to log back until the pins stop the log.

The log should not contact the back wall.
