LP Conversion Instructions

Install the conversion kit prior to installing the gas line to ensure proper gas use.

1Remove the glass (see page 29). Remove the logs (if installed - page 31)

2Remove the burner (see illustration to the right).

a Remove the ember shelf.

Lift the pilot hood off the pilot

assembly (you may need to pull hard to remove).

Burner Replacement:

c Lift the right side of the burner then slide the burner to the right until the orifices disengage from the burner.

Remove the burner from the firebox.

Do not lift the burner by

the pins.

Make sure the burner is fully seated. When in place, the pilot flame must align directly above the burner holes.

Orifices

Slide the air shutters all the way to the left before installing the burner.

Make sure the mixing tubes slide onto the orifices.

Replace the pilot hood after replacing the burner.

Make sure this pin inserts into the hole in the bottom of the burner.

NOTE:

Make sure the burner is fully seated. When in place, the pilot flame must align directly above the burner holes.
