The termination must fall within the shaded area shown in the chart. Use the indicated restrictor position.

N O T E: If you are installing this fireplace with a minimum of vent rise, and are experiencing intermittent pilot outages, you may need to install a pilot shield (SKU 250-00028). Contact your dealer for information.

Vertical Elbow

NOTE:

One horizontal elbow (45° or 90°) is allowed. The horizontal vent length is calculated by adding the length before and after the elbow (H1 + H2 = horizontal vent length).

Horizontal sections require a 1/4" rise every 12" of travel.
