Record a greeting	Let people know how to take advantage of your fax
that tells people	messaging capability. Record a greeting that tells
about sending	them to simply press START on their fax machine to
faxes	send you a fax.
Listen to e-mail	When you are gone from the office and can’t use
while travelling	Message Manager or an e-mail system to read
	e-mail, call into your mailbox and listen to your e-mail.
	To listen to e-mail, you must select appropriate
	options on the synchronizer.
Turn off your	Turn off the call answer capability of your mailbox for
