MAINTENANCE

VALVE TRAY REPLACEMENT

1)Shut off the gas supply to the unit.

2)Remove the faceplate.

3)Remove the glass door.

a. Release the 2 door latches on the left and right side at the top of the ﬁrebox.

5)Remove bolt on the clip holding in right inner panel.

8)When side panels have been removed, tilt back panel towards front of ﬁrebox.

6) Lift out right panel.

b.Swing the door out from the top and release the hinge on the left side of the door and lift out.

7) Repeat process for left side.

Hinge with door removed.

c.Place the door on a soft surface to prevent scratching the surface.

4)Remove the pilot shield and burner assembly. (see page 28 for removal instructions).

9)Lift back panel up and out from slots to remove.

10)Remove bolts to lift out the ﬁrebox base.
