41 CONVECTION OVEN (Top left oven)

NOTE:

Upon first use, it is advisable to operate the oven at the maximum temperature (thermostat knob on position MAX) for 60

minutes in the position and for anoth-

er 15 minutes in the mode in order to eliminate any traces of grease from the electrical resistances.

WARNING:

The door is hot use the handle.

GENERAL FEATURES

The convection oven is equipped with 3 electrical heating elements:

2 elements (upper and lower) for nor- mal oven cooking

1 grill element, on the top of the oven, for grilling which must be done with the oven door closed.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Heating and cooking in the CONVEN- TIONAL oven are obtained in the follow- ing ways:

a. by normal convection

The heat is produced by the upper and lower heating elements.

b. by radiation

The heat is radiated by the infra red grill element (use with the oven door closed).
