range of -5°F to +40°F (-21°C to +4°C). Hold Temp offers continuous refrigerated storage without the utilization of food

probes or a timer. Hold Temp always b defaults to the default hold temperature,

found under the User Settings.

FSTART/STOP … Button used to initiate operating modes, set time and

temperatures, and to set specific chiller program functions.

GPROGRAM … Button used to modify or select specific chiller programming functions.
