USING THE WARM & READY WARMING DRAWER

Food Poisoning Hazard

Do not let food sit for more than one hour before or after cooking,

Doing so can result in food poisoning or sickness.

The Warm & Ready warming drawer is ideal for keeping hot cooked foods at serving temperature,

warming breads and pastries and heating sewing dishes and dinner plates before use. This feature,

activated by the WARM & READY knob on the

control panel, controls warming in the warming drawer, which is located below the oven. The rack

can be used in two positions.

For best results, hold most foods no longer than one houK Hold smaller quantities and heat

sensitive foods, such as eggs, no longer than 30 minutes.

Food must be at sewing temperature before being placed in the drawer.

Different types of food can be placed in the warming drawer at the same time.

Cover foods with a lid or aluminum foil. Do not use plastic wrap.

Breads, pastries, and fruit pies may be warmed from room temperature on HI setting.

Empty sewing dishes and dinner plates can be heated while preheating the drawer• Use only cookware approved for oven use and follow manufacturer's instructions, especially when using glass or plastic cookware.

1.If using rack, position it where needed•

2.Turn the WARM & READY switch to choose HI, MED or LO settings.

3.Allow the drawer to preheat for ten minutes.

4.Place container with food in warmingdrawer.

5.When finished, turn knob to OFF.
