The NBX Business Telephones have these features:

1Handset

2MSG (Message) button — Accesses your voice mail messages through the NBX Messaging system. See “Listening to NBX Messages” in Chapter 4.

3Display panel — Provides telephone status messages, Caller ID information (if enabled), and the number of messages that you have in your voice mail mailbox. You can also use it to view the directory of people’s names in your company, logs of incoming and outgoing calls, personal speed dial numbers, and system speed dial numbers.

4FWD MAIL (Forward to Voice Mail) button — Directs all incoming calls to your voice mail (or to wherever you have specified in NetSet > Personal Settings > Call Forward) after one ring. See “Forwarding Incoming Calls to Your Call Coverage Point” in Chapter 4.
