RTC (Real Time Clock) Battery Removal

Prerequisite:

Base Cover Removal

1.Lift the RTC battery away from the mainboard (Figure 3-18).

+IMPORTANT:

Follow local regulations for battery (C) disposal (Figure 3-17).

RTC Battery Installation

1.Place the RTC battery into the mainboard connector. Refer to Figure 3-18.

2.Install the base cover.
