•	Fast Video	If ON, PocketTV uses the GAPI library for direct access to
		the display buffer for better performance.
•	Dither	If ON, PocketTV uses an advanced dithering algorithm
		that improves video quality noticeably by removing
		contouring/banding at no cost in performance.
