If this button is not available, click OK; then go on to the next step.

9Make sure the checkbox labeled “Check port state before printing” is unchecked. Then click OK.

If you are using a non-Post Script printer, go to step 13. If you are using a PostScript printer, follow these steps:

The Advanced PostScript Options dialog box appears.
