Using Call Pickup

Use the Call Pickup feature to pick up calls in your pickup group or

another pickup group from your Avaya 1220 IP Deskphone.

Answering a call in your own call pickup group

Use the following procedure to answer a call in your own call pickup

group.

1. Press the AutoAns key.

1. Lift the handset.

2. Press the Pickup key.
